DIY Sub Sandwich with Garlic Sauce




When you want to spend time outside, maybe go for a long walk, go to the park, or simply can't be bothered to spend too much time away from your terrace I suggest this simple snack/lunch!
What makes it great?? It doesn't need many ingredients, only the ones that YOU choose (or can find in your fridge)!

Fun fact of the day: The "Sub" as a name does not primarily refer to the large green/yellow retailer that offers customers the opportunity to "eat fresh" fast-food...NO! It originates from the name Submarine Sandwich, a food offered to Navy servicemen in the U.S. in WWI.

Pomegranate Muffins


Pomegranates are in season! Also called “The Jewel of Autumn” is a real Antioxidant-Bomb, super healthy and helps you fight off cold and flu-viruses. So with the days becoming increasingly cold and rainy you might need some comfort and power-up food to have with your hot tea and blanket on a Sunday!

Alternatively you can serve it as an original but quick and easy to make treat to serve to friends and family when they come to visit!

Apple Crumble with Ginger and Almonds



So everyone thinks Apple Pie is something for Christmas time, filling the house with this wonderful smell of cinnamon and baking apples... well that's not true. Using refreshing ingredients like lemon juice and ginger, as well as the tangy eating apples that are in season (and practically falling of the tree) right now, you can reinvent Apple Crumble and make it a summer dessert!
